Javi Aznarez

Javi Aznarez is a Spanish illustrator based in Cadaqués whose line work draws on vintage magazine illustration — economical, rhythmic, and quietly wry. He created all the cover artwork seen in Wes Anderson's The French Dispatch, and also served as hand double for the film's in-story illustrator, a rare doubling of role and subject. He has storyboarded for Neil Jordan and contributes regular editorial work to The New Yorker and The New York Times. Represented by Dutch Uncle.
