Natalie Foss

Natalie Foss is a Norwegian illustrator based in London who works primarily with colored pencils — a medium that gives her figures their particular quality: bold but slightly worn at the edges, pattern-forward and quietly estranged. Her Sentimental Value illustration, created for Joachim Trier's film, is characteristic: vivid without straining, grounded in a 1960s and 70s graphic sensibility that never tips into pastiche.
